About Bonnie Golub I joined Holmes and Kennedy in 1974 and in my over 30 year career I have consistently been awarded Top Producer by the Westchester MLS Million Dollar Club. I have made sales of over $800 million so far during my career and I am also the top producer in Chappaqua. My typical annual sales are $20-35 million.I  have attained Certified Residential Specialist Credentials (CRS), which are earned by less than 2% of all real estate agents nationally. I also have a Graduate Realtor Institute Degree (GRI), which is effectively a Masters degree in all phases of real estate – commercial, residential, appraisal, construction, mortgage and finance. I am a member of the Westchester County Board of Realtors and I routinely attend courses and seminars to remain on the cutting edge of the industry.I am married to Gerry Golub, retired managing partner of RSMI-NYC and we have three children; one son and two daughters. We have lived in Chappaqua since 1972. I have served on the Board of Directors of Willowbrook Swim and Tennis Club for eight years. I am an election poll inspector for the Democratic Party in New Castle and I am a member of the League of Women Voters.In my spare time I enjoy opera, ballet, and books. I also like visiting craft shows and going to the movies.
